Building Digitization

We survey the actual state of buildings – from apartment blocks to industrial halls. We combine 3D laser scanning, drone photogrammetry and manual measurements.

Data is processed into a 3D model or survey documentation. We use FARO Focus, DJI Mavic 3, Autodesk ReCap, CloudCompare and Revit to ensure outputs match reality.

Building Survey

Precise documentation of the actual state of a building for renovations, approvals and asset records.

Surveys are conducted manually or combined with photogrammetry. The result is a set of drawings and data prepared for designers or investors including BIM standard checks.

We usually have the first outputs within 10 business days. It depends on building access and the scope of required data.

Does Validorix already check data standards?

In the current beta version, we focus on searching information from documentation and recommending next steps. Data standard monitoring is planned for the roadmap.

Can we combine multiple services into one package?

For smaller residential buildings, survey projects start at €550 excluding VAT. This includes space surveying, drawing creation and data delivery in a format ready for project changes.
