Data-driven tools in construction have become indispensable. While they previously served mainly for visualizations, today they help with what is most valuable for designers and facility managers – working with data.

Every BIM model contains hundreds to thousands of parameters. Validorix can analyze this data, compare it with standards, alert about missing items, and offer improvement suggestions. This saves hours of manual work and helps maintain model data quality long-term.

For example, when checking a residential complex model, the tool automatically identified that some equipment lacked service intervals. The system itself suggested adding parameters according to the COBie data standard and provided documentation links.

Combined with tools like Dynamo, Revit API, or Power BI, this creates an efficient ecosystem connecting design practice with operations. Validorix's goal isn't to model for the designer, but to help them work faster, more accurately, and with less risk of errors.

Validorix is currently available as a pilot – not just for design, but also for building management. It learns from your projects and delivers recommendations where they have the greatest impact.
