How quickly can you digitize a medium-sized building?
We usually have the first outputs within 10 business days. It depends on building access and the scope of required data.
Does Validorix already check data standards?
In the current beta version, we focus on searching information from documentation and recommending next steps. Data standard monitoring is planned for the roadmap.
Can we combine multiple services into one package?
Yes, we commonly combine digitization, survey and long-term BIM support. We'll set the right scope together in the initial consultation.
What does building digitization mean at DigiStav?
Building digitization includes 3D laser scanning, photogrammetry, manual verification and subsequent processing into a BIM/FM model. The result is an accurate digital copy of the building prepared for design and facility management.
How do you work with survey of apartment buildings up to 300 m²?
For smaller residential buildings, survey projects start at €550 excluding VAT. This includes space surveying, drawing creation and data delivery in a format ready for project changes.
Do you also provide follow-up visualizations or videos?
On request, we can arrange visualizations, photos or video outputs through verified partner studios. We're happy to connect you.
