Model data population
A nice 3D model in Revit is half the job. The other half — the half most projects are missing — is the data inside the model: parameters, attributes, classification, property sets. Without them the model fails BIM manager review, can't be used for facility management, and can't pass completeness checks for the authority.
This is our specialty: putting the right data in the right structure inside the model, and delivering a QA report proving it.

FAQ
Can you handle a 48-hour urgent deadline?
Yes — in urgent mode we assign 2–3 modelers in parallel and work through the night. Outside business hours we charge a +50% surcharge, but we guarantee the deadline contractually. Shortest delivery to date was a LOD 300 Revit model of a 400 m² building in 36 hours.
Do you work in our Revit template and standards?
Always. Send us your Revit template (.rte), BEP, family library and ideally a sample project. We model fully in your workflow and change nothing without approval. No template? We deliver one per your BIM Execution Plan.
What exactly is 'model data population'?
A Revit model can look geometrically correct, yet without attributes (parameters) it is useless for facility management, authorities or investors. Data population means: creating shared parameters, mapping them to element categories, populating values (manually, from Excel or from IoT), exporting in the required format (COBie, DSS, IFC Pset) and delivering a completeness QA report.
Do you really work nights and weekends?
Yes. Night shifts are offered for deadline-driven projects and clients in different timezones (US East, UK). Standard business hours are 8–20 CET, outside that we charge +50%. In critical project phases we can run 24/7 shifts if approved by the client.
What is the minimum engagement and how do you bill?
Minimum 8 hours of modeling (about one business day). We bill either hourly (base rate €26/h, specialized work €38/h) or on fixed price for defined scope. Fixed price always includes 2 free revisions and NDA.
Is our documentation safe? Do you handle NDAs?
NDA is a standard part of every engagement, signed before any files are shared. Data is stored in an encrypted EU-region cloud (GDPR), accessed only by the assigned team. Deletion on request is confirmed in writing after project completion.
Can you do COBie export from Revit?
Yes. We use the COBie Toolkit (BIM Interoperability Tools, free from Autodesk) and Classification Manager. Output is a valid COBie spreadsheet (XLS) + IFC with COBie property sets, matching COBie 2.4 or 3.0 per your spec.
How does the first contact and quote work?
