Validorix
Pilot tool for working with documentation and BIM/FM data. It helps teams navigate materials, check completeness and prepare outputs.
What Validorix Does
Validorix is a specialized tool designed to work with your internal materials, templates and project documentation. Currently available as a pilot.
Can:
- • Answer questions over uploaded materials (PDF/DOCX/XLSX).
- • Prepare checklists and summaries for different roles.
- • Flag missing sections based on agreed structure (BEP, technical report, internal templates).
- • Generate reports in a unified template (PDF/Word).
- • Assist with next-step recommendations based on the provided data.
Validorix is not a generic chatbot. It works exclusively with the documents you provide and the rules we configure together.
Note: If you need comparisons with standards, the standards must be licensed and provided in an approved format.
Roadmap
Current version (pilot)
Validorix already supports:
- • Completeness checks based on agreed templates and structure.
- • Queries and edit suggestions directly on documents.
- • Export outputs to clear PDF, XLS, DOCX.
- • User interface adapted to chosen role.
- • Credit system – no subscriptions, pay only for usage.
The current version is ready for pilot deployments in real teams.
PRO version (in preparation)
- • Active monitoring of changes in internal templates and automatic user notifications.
- • Integration with CDE/DMS systems
- • Extension for working with IFC/BIM data and building management.
Security and Infrastructure
- • Data is processed exclusively on servers within the EU.
- • Communication is encrypted (TLS + AES-256).
- • No AI training on user documents.
- • Access is protected by authentication and assigned roles.
- • System complies with GDPR. Infrastructure is continuously evaluated.
